  Their staff all seem to be under trained and lack a sense of professionalism that comes with customer service. I came here because I was the best man to a wedding and the groom chose then store to rent for the party. Everyone had some issue with their tuxedo rental. My pants were too long, shoes were not given with the rental, someone vest was too large, and no one received a call regarding availability for pickup or for fitting. Even after all said in done regarding the poor rental experience they insisted that I and another groomsmen had to pay addition fees for "cleaning, alterations, or you didn't pay in full originally" which we both did. If they hadn't waved these hidden fees they wouldn't even deserve the 1 star they are forced to receive. Needless to say I had a very poor experience and never plan to return.

  Upscale Men's Fashion is an outstanding menswear store with a great selection. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. I recommend them to any looking for great menswear at good prices.
