  I called this location to ask about an item. I had the store SKU number and was placed on hold (they set the phone on the counter)so the girl could check out the clients in front of her, no big deal. Then they forgot about me. I tried making noise so they would hear me on the phone but alas they were too engrossed in their conversation about who saw someone-so with someone else. Then I was hung up on. So I called back, I informed that I had "been on hold to ask if someone could look up an item in stock." Was told ok and to read the sku. She kept cutting me off then asking me to repeat the numbers. Had to do it 6 time. Seriously it's 10 digits and you already know the first 3!! Then immediately she said she didn't have it. When I ask "you know that off hand already?" I was given a rude no that she asked another girl. I said i had barely given her the number when she gave me the answer. She told me to have a nice day and hung up. So rude. Glad I wasn't actually in this store of poor customer service.
