  This is the only place my dog can go to be groomed without them calling me an hour into it. He does not like to be crated up and will shut down around new people. They have a fenced off area in the store and that allows him to be free enough not feel caged. I haven't tried the bathing stations because I can do that at my house, but for a haircut, get the mats out, and make him look decent again, they are great. Maybe a little bit pricier than what I like, but honestly for what I get, it is well worth it.

  Only two stars because one of the two employees was extremely rude. The other very helpful and came over when she saw the other being disrespectful. Did a great job on washing my dog.
