  Ok, two stars, five to the guy who helped me fast, and was so so kind... But there was this blonde guy at the counter, I walk up and ask if he can take me. He says no, as directs me to the other cashier (who is working on multiple returns). I WATCH this guy, not even a minute later, speak up to a guy BEHIND ME and say, "I can take you over here." No, he didn't. Blatant woman hating? I dunno, but I watch the transaction. As he wraps that up, the other cashier is still working on a return. I walk towards his register, and he literally was trying to step away. I'm serious y'all. So if course I got loud, "Can you take me now?" Look, if you're gay and you can't stand females.... Why the hell are you working in fashion? Why are you working in the public? So, so sad. Now that I'm done blasting, I forgive you boo.

  H&M at MacArthur - absolute worst customer experience ever. Cashier & her manager asked me to leave my son (minor child with disabilities who's pants had ripped) alone in dressing room while waiting in line (again, had already waited 20 min first time around) on my purchase. Then customer in line tries to start a fight when I go back in front of line asking to see manager. Cashier takes her side. Reverse racism is alive & well at H&M, along with prejudice. Never making another purchase here again. Shame on you for poor judgment in hiring policy H&M!
