  Customer service, to put it plainly, is trash. When I entered the store, all the associates were busy. No problem at all. I patiently waited. Once the customers began to leave the store, instead of assisting me, the associates began to laugh and talk to each other behind the counter. I supposed I was easy to miss until I repeated “Excuse me” four times. The associate who came to my aid introduced herself by saying “my bad I just started here”, while her higher-ups resumed their loud giggles and quiet whispers. While finding my ring, the associate went on to tell me how “bored” she has been at this job. Once she found the ring (that I had called ahead of time to inquire about), magically the price was $115 more than what i was told on the phone. I know that isn’t a drastic number but I will break my monthly budget for Helzberg shenanigans. Nice try. I took my wallet and business elsewhere. There’s always a possibility that you’ll have a better experience but I wouldn’t try it here if I were you.
