  We went into Fink's to look at watches and rings. Despite telling him we weren't looking to buy anything in the next few months, our associate Michael Y. gave us the same level of customer service we would expect as if we were buying that day. He said that at Fink's they like to build relationships, and our experience with him was the perfect example of that. He even stayed late to chat with us about all sorts of things. His customer service was matched by his knowledge of everything in the store, whether it was the difference between movements in watches, to different classifications of diamonds. We will definitely be returning to Fink's and Michael when we are ready to move forward.
