  I came here today to print Picture off a CD I've had almost 2 Year, not Realizing it totalled about 90 pictures. I had no trouble with the Kiosk till I took the prints from the machine & noticed a small starch, in the same spot, on roughly 50 of them. I spoke with the clerk & asked for a discount on the prints that where damaged by the machine & they where Happy to adjust the price & offered to reprint them. They seemed surprised by the damage so I believe this was the first time their kiosk had this issue. They where so willing to help, not to mention the geniun interactions with every customer & regular that came in. I didn't catch the two employees names that where working But a big thank you to them for their help. These pictures I printed today are from the day I lost my son, the day he was born. Now I have pictures of the only time I got to spend with him, of the love my Family shared for him & of my daughter holding her little brother. I see these pictures & I see the love he brought from all of us. His name was Ezekiel & Tomorrow would be his 2nd birthday

  Dropped my rx off at 11 something. Cashier already had attitude with me yet was smiling and flirting with my husband and brother..was Told they would text me in a hour when it was ready.never received info... In excruciating pain from surgery and i wasnt even informed it was ready...had to call 2 find out...ridiculous...heard bad things about this location. But ignored them bc its closest to my house..never again ill go further away for better customer service
