  I went here one evening after the gym to purchase two bottles of water. The cashier rang up the order then when I proceeded to pay with a 20$ bill she told me she could not take cash due to the fact she just came in and the till was unable to break it down. She didn't even attempt to take the money nor come up with a solution. She pretty much refused the sale because she would have to go out of her way to break down my change. I've been a cashier myself for a few years and I would never refuse a sale for that reason. Its a great way to lose customers.

  I went to this 711 to purchase a $25 Google play gift card however the cashier never activated the card and failed to provide a receipt of purchase, when I tried to redeem the card and it failed I went back less then an hour later to try to resolve the problem and the cashier refused to help me "your going to have to talk to the manager tomorrow" today I called tech support for Google and they told me that the cashier didn't properly scan the card and that I needed to take it back to have them rescan it. So now I have to miss a day of work to talk to the manager and try to resolve this problem because of someone's incompetence.
